It's been a while

Well we've finally gotten moved in! It's taken a lot longer than we had hoped, and there is still work to do but we're in! I haven't been able to do as much photography while we've been transitioning, but hope to get back into it soon. I miss it so bad that I was dreaming about taking photos last night...lol  I have had the opportunity to photograph a beautiful family, and desperately need to find the time to do some editing. Also I have not had a chance to meet with the family and discuss what they want, so that's a must do. Anyway, that's what's been up with me.  Hopefully I'll have photos to share soon! Trip to Georgia!

Hello everyone! I hope this blog entry finds you doing well. I ordered my first prints from a session this past week, and they looked great! So excited for what this next year holds in photography! I am going home to South Georgia for the last 2 weeks of August and I'm looking forward to the photography sessions being booked.  Also plan on spending a lot of time with my parents and nephews and nieces along with my sister and her fiancé.
Hoping to get all the kids, there will be 8 in total, rounded up, dressed up, and photographed.  It's been far to long since we've had a family portrait, if we have at all! So hoping to get a great one for us while I'm down. There's a great park in Douglas that has lots of interesting places to photograph someone. So hopefully while I'm down, I'll have even more people book a session with me!  Hope to see you there and until then, God Bless You from Photography By Miranda!

The Beginnings of My Dreams

Hello! I'm glad you found your way on over to our Blogger spot!  This is the first of hopefully many blogs to let you know what is going on with Photography By Miranda.  We are in the beginning stages of getting things rolling and are hoping to be hopping with business as of January 2011. Right now I am doing some shoots for a few clients free of charge to get my portfolio going as well as getting things out by word of mouth.
